Personal Training
Our private facility is dedicated to one-on-one and small group training sessions. It is designed with one goal in mind, teaching people to become stronger, faster, leaner and be able to gain endurance and flexibility.
There are no machines, no televisions, no mirrors or smoothie bars.
ALSO THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS.
There is however hard work, sweat, sacrifice, and maximal effort.
Our objective is Genuine Fitness, not the appearance of fitness.
It is our belief that physical strength is the most important thing in life. When we say strength, we mean real, useable, functional strength. Strength training builds tremendous bone density, improves joint mobility, burns fat, hardens muscles, and strengthens ligaments.
When individuals are strong they move easier, their balance is better, daily activities are made simpler; carrying groceries, lifting a child, changing a tire.
We teach a combination of basic barbell and dumbbell lifts, Russian Kettlebell drills, calisthenics and core strengthening exercises.
We are experienced, nationally certified, and highly motivated. Our clientele range from high school football players to senior citizens. We train professional athletes and stay at home moms.
If you are content with your current routine, walking on a treadmill while watching T.V. or attending a prearranged dance class, then this is not the place for you, but….if you truly desire to radically improve your quality of life, we are here when you are ready.
