SUBMISSSION GRAPPLING (Ground Fighting)
Is a unique fusion of Catch-As-Catch-Can wrestling, Russian Combat Sambo, Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling. The training focuses on throws, takedowns, joint locks, chokes counters and escapes as well as physical conditioning.
